We are a company that brokers loans for our clients. We will review all Pre-Applications at no charge. Once a Pre-Application is reviewed and deemed to have met the criteria for loan approval, we will then request a full Application to pass on to our list of lenders. It is at the point of passing the full Application to our lenders that the non-refundable $25 Application fee is charged. This fee is in no way connected with the final outcome of the loan approvals from our funding sources.
